You can return your purchase within 5 days from the day you received your order. If you received your order more than 5 days ago, we, unfortunately, cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
You're eligible for a return if your item is unused and in the same condition as you received it. It has to be in its original packaging and have proof of purchase or your receipt.
Once we receive your purchase, we will inspect it and notify you via e-mail that we received the item. We'll also let you know if your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, we will issue you a refund to the original amount of payment.
Items that were on sale are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
If your purchase was damaged or if you ordered the wrong scent, we can replace the items for you. Please email us at Madebymoonlight1@outlook.com within 5 days of receiving your purchase.
