You can return your purchase within 5 days from the day you received your order. If you received your order more than 5 days ago, we, unfortunately, cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

You're eligible for a return if your item is unused and in the same condition as you received it. It has to be in its original packaging and have proof of purchase or your receipt.

Once we receive your purchase, we will inspect it and notify you via e-mail that we received the item. We'll also let you know if your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, we will issue you a refund to the original amount of payment. 

Items that were on sale are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

If your purchase was damaged or if you ordered the wrong scent, we can replace the items for you. Please email us at Madebymoonlight1@outlook.com within 5 days of receiving your purchase.

Please mail your product to 2556 Elliham Avenue Richmond, Va 23237 to return your purchase. 

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return items. We recommend using a carrier that can track your shipment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Direction for use

• Place reeds in oil and allow them to soak in the fragrance for 1 hour.
• After an hour, flip the reeds to saturate the other ends.
• Flip the reeds every 3-6 days to freshen the fragrance.

Warnings

• Use a coaster under your diffuser to protect furniture. If spilled, clean area immediately.
• DO NOT light the reeds
• Place in high-traffic areas. This creates air circulation that helps the scent travel through the room.
• Keep out of reach of children, pets, and electrical appliances. DO NOT ingest.
